What I like about derivatives

People don't like derivatives usually, why? Well, they just can't comprehend the concept.  It's like mind blowing to them.  However, for math people, it is like, "woah, that's cool, can we do more of that?"  The concept is so easy, and yet people who don't comprehend math wonder how that works.  Calculus for me is like how I'm dealing with Organic Chemistry right now.  It's a new thing, yes, but it's interesting at the same time.   So, yeah, Calculus is amazing, just don't over think it!
